Return and Exhange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!

 If you do not love your purchase, we will issue store credit for the value of any merchandise not considered final sale within 14 days from possession of your order. After this 14-day period, the items become final sale. No credit will be given for original shipping costs or taxes and fees. Exchanges will be process the same way as a return. 


Please note - buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

The store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase.  Please allow up to 14 business days for store credit to be received. 

SHOE RETURNS: Shoes being returned must be in their original shoe box and unworn, placed inside of a separate shipping box. The shoe box is NOT a shipping box, please do not put shipping label on shoe box. If original shoe box not shipped in a separate box we have the right NOT to refund your return. 

Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.

​96' Boutique has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met.  If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items will be returned to you at your expense.​If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at 96boutiquellc@gmail.com within 5 DAYS. Please include a photo of the damage/defect in your email.
